Now Hiring - Residential Property Manager in Keokuk, IA

We are looking for a Residential Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management and oversight of a residential LIHTC property in Keokuk, IA. The goal is to maximize asset value, resident satisfaction and revenue.

Property Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• keep all paperwork up to date and to correct compliance specs
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Complete lease/contracts with residents in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
• Accomplish company set goals and report periodically on performance

Skills

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management "Especially LIHTC"
• Competency in Onesite and relevant databases and software
• Customer focus and bottom line orientation
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Benefits:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Property management: 2 years (Preferred)
• OneSite: 2 years (Preferred)
